This policy explains what data is processed when you visit alekotours.com ("the site"). The site is an informational travel guide. We do not sell travel services, require registration or collect data through forms.
Data controller
The data controller is the owner of alekotours.com.
What data is processed
- Technical data – IP address, browser type, device and pages visited. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes this to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
- Google Tag Manager – a tool that loads the site's analytics and advertising scripts. It sets no cookies and collects no personal data itself, and the services it loads respect your consent choice.
- Analytics (Google Analytics 4) – aggregated usage statistics, loaded through Google Tag Manager. Used only with your consent (in the EEA, UK and Switzerland).
- Advertising (Google AdSense) – Google and its partners may use cookies and identifiers to serve ads and measure their performance. Personalised ads are shown only with your consent. Without consent, non-personalised (contextual) ads may be shown.
Legal basis
Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) for analytics and personalised advertising, and legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) for security and technical delivery of the site.
Managing consent

Transfers outside the EU
Google and Cloudflare may process data in the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or standard contractual clauses.
Retention
Google Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months. Cookie lifetimes are listed in the Cookie policy.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, to object, and to withdraw consent. You may also complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg) or to the supervisory authority in your country.
Children
The site is not aimed at children under 16 and does not knowingly collect their data.
